Michael G. Flux








Mike is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital Ltd. and a Partner in the Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital Limited Partnership. Mike joined the firm in 2003 but has worked in the investment management industry since 1998. His prior work experience includes Mackenzie Financial Corporation, CIBC Securities Inc. and Procter & Gamble Inc. His primary focus is delivering tailored investment solutions to his clients, which include individuals/families, business owners, corporations and foundations. Mike works in partnership with his clients and their other trusted advisors to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. From an investment standpoint, Mike advises on traditional and alternative, public and private market investing and helps his clients to preserve and growth their hard-earned capital.

Mike has been a volunteer with St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation for over ten years and has been involved in the Leadership Team that raised funds for the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute, as well as fundraising for the Foundation’s Inner City Health Program & the TARGet Kids programs, and is currently an active contributor on the President’s Council. Mike and his family have also established and funded The Flux Foundation with the goal of driving positive change and social impact in our shared community. The Flux Foundation focuses on funding of charitable organizations in health care, poverty alleviation, education and sport. In addition to St. Michael’s Hospital, the Flux family has financially supported SickKids, The Salvation Army, Queen’s University, and the Canadian Olympic Foundation. They also provided key funding to build and establish The McElwain Educational Institute in Sri Lanka in support of the 2004 tsunami relief efforts.
