Brain Injury Speaks – Virtual Focus Group

January 7, 2021

The social restrictions of COVID-19 have made measurable impacts on our community and one of these measures has been identified as social isolation. In an upcoming virtual focus group, the Brain Injury Speaks Stakeholder Engagement Network hopes to discuss and unearth trends within the intersection of Social Isolation and concussion/moderate-to-severe traumatic brain injury.

The Network for persons with lived experience and their caregivers/family members, is recruiting participants for a series of scheduled focus groups to address the topic of Social Isolation during the month of February. These focus groups are not connected to a research project or study – they will be facilitated by an independent neuropsychologist through Brain Injury Speaks in partnership with the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation and the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA).
